Refund Policy
If you are not happy with your Psychic Reading with one of Psychics, Mediums and Clairvoyants, please follow the procedures below in order to get a full refund for your reading.
Refunds
We aim to provide you with the best Psychic Reading experience and the best Psychic available at the time of your call. However there could be different reasons on why you are not satisfied with your reading.
You are entitled to a Full Refund credited to your account if you are not satisfied with the reading. (Valid for Credit Card Readings only).
Please terminate the reading between 5-15 minutes if you are not satisfied. You must contact Access Positive directly to authorise your refund immediately after the call. Please call us on:

1. Credit Card Psychic Reading
If you paid using your credit card for you Psychic Reading, please call the Helpdesk from one of our numbers above and notify the operator the details of your Psychic Reading such as:
- your name
- date of the call
- the psychic you spoke to
- the reasons for being unhappy with the reading
If you received a Transaction Receipt by email, please respond to the email and notify us that you are unhappy with the reading.
We can only offer refunds back into the same credit card account you used for our service. Please note that refunds may take a few days usually within 3-5 business days for the funds to clear into your account.
2. Phone Psychic Readings
If you called our 1800 732 337 and spoke to a Psychic and was not happy with the reading, please call our Customer Service Line at 1800 222 362 and supply us with the details of your call or email us on psychichelpdesk@gmail.com
You will need to send us the detials of the call which shows the number of minutes you spoke to the Psychic and the details of the call. Kindly prepare the following details below when you give us a call:
- your name
- date of the call
- the psychic you spoke to
If you need further help please call the helpdesk.
For all other enquiries regarding billing and charges please call the helpdesk. We will try to resolve the issue as best we can.
