The first step to acquire psychic power is to understand that there is a higher realm of knowledge beyond our physical boundaries.

This universe is brimming with unlimited divine energy or the Universal Energy that can be tapped by anyone who can concentrate his attention to connect to its subtle vibrations. The basic rule to succeed in this area is to focus attention on the vibrations of the divine or Universal Energy.

If you want to become a successful psychic, you should start by focusing on every psychic phenomenon howsoever small or insignificant it may appear to you. Revive that event in your mind continually. Try to clearly visualize its contours and fill up the gaps in information. Try to link its occurrence with the divine energy. This will help you get a feel of the presence of the vibrations of the divine energy. If the sensation of the divine energy is vague in the beginning, try to delve Leep into it to make your experience more palpable and vivid. It may take time, but with perseverance and dedication, you will gradually find it easier to connect with the divine source and through it to the true solution to your problem. It must also be borne in mind that every living thing in the universe has consciousness and is connected with every other living thing in it. The universal consciousness or the divine energy runs through the entire universe. It   wires all the diverse living beings together into a unified whole.

It is very important to understand and accept this basic concept of the universal consciousness and make it an integral part of your thoughts and feelings. The more you accept it and become aware of it, the more you will be able to wake up and develop your dormant psychic power.

The Power Psychic

The term ‘power psychic’ refers to the powers or the abilities that psychics are blessed with.

Some of the important powers or abilities that the psychics are known to possess are clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, telepathy, empathy, telekinesis, strong intuition or third eye- to name a few. Although these psychic powers appear to be distinct from each other, the truth is that they overlap each other and also work in tandem with each other.
                     
Let us take the example of the power of clairvoyance. Clairvoyance means clear seeing. It is not equivalent of the clear vision of the physical eyes. Psychic clairvoyance is altogether a different kind of seeing. It means seeing with the mind’s or spirit’s eyes.

 In East, there are stories of visually blind psychics who could see the future of the people with their spiritual eyes. They could describe the situations and events more graphically than the visually enabled people. The power of clairvoyance takes different forms with different psychics.

Psychic medium Allison Dubois, for example, first listens to the details of the crime from the victim. She then taps into the head of the criminal to sense his motive for the crime and also the method, the tools or the weapons they use to perpetrate the crime. Learning to use ones Psychic Power requires constant training, sharing of psychic experiences, undergoing mediumship or channeling and developing ones psychic ability and intuition.

Psychic powers manifest themselves in many forms, some of which are:

• Mediums
  Psychic mediums are gifted with the talent to communicate with the dead. They are able to communicate with the spirits by channeling their lasting energies.

• Clairsentience
  A Clairsentient is often referred to as empathy. Empathy is someone who can easily harmonize herself with how a person feels emotionally. Clairsentience is the ability to feel the same emotions of someone by simply touching her.

• Clairvoyance
  This is the ability to accept illustrated messages through a “third eye.” Clairvoyants are able to receive these messages from higher spirits and guides.

• Clairaudience
  This is a psychic ability that allows psychics to hear messages from their angels and guides. Most of the messages are heard through telepathy but some psychics are able to hear the messages physical through their ears.

• Extra Sensory Perception (ESP)
  This allows the psychic to receive messages beyond their five senses of smell, feel, touch, sight and hearing.  Psychics receive messages from their guides and spirits through their sixth sense- ESP.

• Intuition
  Intuition is the most common of all psychic abilities. Anyone who has a strong intuition is capable of receiving messages from higher realms.

• Psychometry
  This is a unique psychic ability which allows the psychic to receive messages from the owner of an object she is touching. The energy of a person is transferred to an object she owns which in turn is read by the psychic when she touches that object.

• Channeling
  This is the ability to receive messages from people who have passed on to another life – the dead. This ability allows the psychic to relay the message she receives by channeling the energies that passed on the messages. A psychic is then able to relay the message she received verbally.

• Telekinesis
  Is using psychic powers or energy to create movement or action in a physical object. It is basically the transfer of psychic energy.

  Then there are two other psychic powers called clairvoyance (seeing clearly) and clairaudience (clear hearing).  Sound leaves its impressions on the substances made of astral light. Clairaudience can be explained like a laboratory experiment, where sand assumes geometrical figures when subjected to sound vibrations. The two powers function together in an indistinguishable manner.

• Telepathy
  Telepathy means ‘transference of thought’. It is the faculty of ‘perceiving the thought-pictures sent out by another mind’. Every body at one time or another experiences this faculty.

• Crystal Ball Gazing
  It can also be described as a type of ‘astral visioning’. A psychic, by looking into a crystal ball can look into the distance and foretell the future. The reason behind this may be that the astral light can be collected in concentrated form in the mirror in form of pictures/visions and the psychic can see them.

  Like a human metal detector that is not only used to locate metal but any matter or physical being using unexplained psychic powers. It is often used to located water or precious metals.
